At Dancyn 3D Prints, we want you to be thrilled with your custom creations, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the bespoke nature of personalized 3D prints, custom orders are eligible for replacement only if they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that all fragile 3D-printed components are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
