What materials are used for Dancyn 3D Prints?
Most of our products are printed using high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch. For items requiring higher durability or heat resistance, we may use PETG or ABS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since many of our items are printed to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you accept custom design requests?

Why are there small lines or minor imperfections on my item?
3D printing is an additive manufacturing process that builds objects layer by layer. This often results in visible layer lines or small surface variations. These are not defects but rather a unique characteristic of the 3D printing process.
What is your return policy for 3D printed goods?
We offer a 14-day return window for standard catalog items in their original condition. Please note that custom-designed or personalized prints are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Are the 3D printed items food safe?
Unless specifically stated in the product description, our 3D printed items are not certified food safe. Due to the porous nature of the layers, they can harbor bacteria and should be used for decorative or organizational purposes only.
